Giveaway Entry Form

Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to all legal entities including individuals, businesses, governmental bodies, and organizations, provided they are represented by someone who has reached the age of majority. Employees of Action Show Studios and their immediate family members, as well as household members, are not eligible to participate. Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions and to Action Show Studios’ decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.

2. How to Enter: Eligible participants must complete the entry form available at www.actionshowstudios.com/assgiveaway with their contact information and a brief description of the video production project they are seeking. All entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM EST on June 30, 2024. Limit one (1) entry per legal entity. Multiple entries from the same entity or individual will be disqualified.

3. Giveaway Period: The giveaway entry begins on May 1st, 2024 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on June 30, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST.

4. Prizes: One (1) winner will receive video production services valued at up to $3,000 from Action Show Studios. This prize covers only services that fall within the services offered by Action Show Studios and must be used for a single video production project that is to be completed before the end of the year 2024. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitutions are permitted, except at the discretion of Action Show Studios.

5. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received by the deadline. The drawing will take place on [Insert Drawing Date]. The winner will be notified via the email address provided in the entry form. The winner (or their designated representative, in the case of an entity) must respond within 30 days of notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this time-frame will result in forfeiture of the prize and an alternate winner will be drawn. This process will be repeated until a winner claims the prize.

6. General Conditions: Action Show Studios reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Action Show Studios’ control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Action Show Studios in its sole discretion. By entering this giveaway, entrants agree to allow Action Show Studios to contact them regarding their services via email, phone call, and/or text message. The video production services won must be executed within a 100-mile radius of downtown Atlanta, Georgia.

7. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Action Show Studios, its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.

8. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the giveaway constitutes the winner’s consent to Action Show Studios’ and its agents’ use of the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, and/or opinions for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

9. Legal Compliance: The giveaway will be subject to and governed by the laws of the state of Georgia, without regard to the conflicts of law principles. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
